By accessing or using the Ship Restrict WooCommerce plugin ("the Plugin") or the Ship Restrict app for Shopify ("the App", and together with the Plugin, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.
2.1. Single Site License: Each license purchase entitles you to install and use the Plugin on a single WooCommerce store.

3.2. Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
3.3. Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.
The App lets Shopify merchants create shipping restriction rules by state, city, or ZIP code that are enforced natively at Shopify checkout through a checkout validation function. The App helps enforce the shipping rules you configure for regulated and restricted products.
5.1. Subscriptions to the App are billed through Shopify's app billing system at $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
5.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify-hosted plan management page or by uninstalling the App.
5.3. Refunds for App charges are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing framework.
6.1. You are responsible for configuring and enabling your restriction rules. Enforcement at checkout depends on your rules being synced to your store and on an active subscription.
6.2. If your subscription lapses, your rules are retained but are not enforced at checkout until your subscription is reactivated.
Built-in presets and rule suggestions in the Services are general research summaries based on published regulations. They are not legal advice, may be incomplete or outdated, and laws change frequently. You are solely responsible for verifying current requirements with qualified legal counsel and for your own regulatory compliance.
While our Services help stores implement shipping restrictions, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the products you sell and where you ship them. Ship Restrict does not warrant that use of the Services satisfies any legal obligation.
8.1. Updates: With an active subscription, you receive access to updates as they become available.
8.2. Support: Technical support is provided according to your subscription level. We do not guarantee 24/7 support or immediate responses.
8.3. Compatibility: While we strive to maintain compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify's platform, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, apps, or custom modifications.
Checkout enforcement for the App runs on Shopify's infrastructure; the App's admin interface depends on our hosting providers and Shopify's APIs. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
